After the planning or permitted development stage, full working drawings need to be produced and approved by Building Control. H.H.Hilder can produce these drawings and assist with any party wall agreements or build over permits that may be required. We also take care of any necessary permits for moving electricity and gas meters. Once the planning stage is completed and building regulation drawings have been approved, construction can begin. The process typically takes 12 to 20 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. Throughout the construction process, we use only the highest quality materials, to ensure that our clients' new extension meets the latest building regulations.
